A Gender Agenda have been an incorporated entity since 2005. In 2006 we were granted 'Health Promotion Charity' status.

In the past we have:
- Run workshops and panels for parents interested in raising their children outside traditional gender roles
- Lobbied the ACT Government to be more flexible regarding the needs of sex and gender diverse people in government paperwork
- Lobbied the ACT Government to change the wording of the Civil Partnerships legislation to 'regardless of sex' as it is more inclusive than 'same-sex'.
- Run sensitivity training sessions for LGBT Community Groups.
- Held community and social events in the ACT
