This article provides common sense advice about how to deal with trans patients in a hospital setting, including adults and gender variant children. Although the legislation quoted is UK based, transgendered and transsexual patients are similarly covered by anti-descrimination legislation in most states of Australia, and the Human Rights act should be adhered to by all medical professionals!
Should Trans Men have a Hystorectomy?
